By accessing or using GoGul ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). GoGul is operated by Bekzod Ruzaliev ("we", "us", "our").

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Service.

GoGul is an AI-powered storyboard platform that generates images, storyboards, and prompts using artificial intelligence. The Service is available via web application at gogul.ai.

The Service is provided "as is" and may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts are not permitted.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• Free and paid plans are available: Starter ($19/mo), Pro ($49/mo), Studio ($99/mo).
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled before the next billing date.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' prior notice.

• Actions on the platform consume credits. Different actions cost different amounts.
• Monthly credits reset on your billing date and do not roll over.
• Free plan credits are one-time and do not replenish.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the prompts and text you submit to the Service.

Generated Content

You own the AI-generated images and storyboards you create on paid plans to the fullest extent possible under applicable law.

Our License

By using the Service, you grant GoGul a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purposes of providing and improving the Service.

No Training Promise

See our Acceptable Use Policy for detailed guidelines. In summary, you may not use the Service for:

• Generating illegal, harmful, or prohibited content.
• Attempting to reverse engineer or exploit the Service.
• Creating content that infringes third-party intellectual property.
• Using the Service for deepfakes or disinformation.

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and using generated content appropriately.

• You may cancel your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
• Upon termination, your access to generated content may be lost.
• Credits are non-transferable and expire upon account termination.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
• Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
• You waive the right to participate in class action proceedings.
• Before initiating arbitration, please contact us at support@gogul.ai to attempt resolution.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notification within the Service.
