Credits & Billing Policy

1. Credit System
GOGUL uses a credit-based system for AI generation. Credits are consumed when you perform actions on the platform.

Studio exclusive: Veo 3.1 Fast and Seedance 2.0 Reference are available exclusively on the Studio plan. All other video models require Pro or Studio.

5. Credit Packs
Need more credits? You can purchase additional credit packs at any time, regardless of your subscription plan.

- Purchased credit packs do NOT expire while your account remains active.
- Credit packs are one-time purchases and are not recurring.
6. Credit Rules
Important: Unused credits do NOT roll over. Monthly credits reset on your billing date.
- Free plan credits are one-time and do not replenish.
- Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded.
7. Billing
- All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
- Subscriptions automatically renew each month until cancelled.
- Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
8. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
- After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan.
- Your storyboards and generated content remain accessible.
9. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility: Refunds are available within 7 days of your first subscription purchase, provided no credits have been used.
- Unused credits are non-refundable.
- After 7 days or if credits have been consumed, no refunds are issued.
- For refund requests, contact support@gogul.ai.
10. Failed Payments
- If a payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times.
- After failed retries, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.
- Access may be restricted until payment is resolved.
