- (f) A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
3. Designated Copyright Agent
All DMCA Notices should be sent to our designated copyright agent:

GoGul will make reasonable efforts to process valid DMCA Notices promptly. Please allow up to ten (10) business days for a response.

If you believe that material you posted or generated was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification ("Counter-Notice") to our Copyright Agent that includes all of the following:
- (a) Your physical or electronic signature;
- (b) Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled;

- (d) Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside of the United States, any judicial district in which GoGul may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA Notice or an agent of such person.
6. Restoration of Content
Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notice, GoGul will forward it to the original complainant. If the original complainant does not file a court action against you within ten (10) business days of receiving the Counter-Notice, GoGul may restore the removed material at its sole discretion.
7. Repeat Infringer Policy
GoGul maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright in appropriate circumstances. A "repeat infringer" is a user who has been the subject of more than one valid DMCA Notice.
GoGul reserves the right to terminate any user's account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to repeated acts of copyright infringement.
8. Misrepresentation Warning
Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
We encourage you to consult with a legal advisor before filing a DMCA Notice or Counter-Notice if you are unsure whether the material at issue is infringing.
