GoGul is designed for creative and professional use. This policy outlines what is and isn't allowed on the platform.

You may use GoGul to:

• Create storyboards for films, ads, music videos, and social media.
• Generate images for personal or commercial projects (on paid plans).
• Create character references and visual concepts.
• Export storyboards for production meetings.
• Generate prompts for other creative tools.

Illegal Content

• Content promoting terrorism or violent extremism.
• Content facilitating illegal activities.

Harmful Content

• Realistic violence, gore, or torture.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery (deepfakes).
• Content promoting self-harm or suicide.
• Harassment or bullying of real individuals.

Deceptive Content

• Deepfakes of real people without consent.
• Disinformation designed to mislead.
• Impersonation of real individuals.
• Fake news or propaganda.

Intellectual Property

• Generating copyrighted characters (Disney, Marvel, DC, etc.).
• Reproducing trademarked logos or branding.
• Creating content that infringes on others' IP rights.

NSFW Content

Spam & Abuse

• Automated bulk generation without authorization.
• Attempting to extract or reverse-engineer AI models.
• Circumventing safety filters or content moderation.
• Reselling GoGul credits or subscriptions.

• We review content for policy compliance.
• Severe violations (CSAM, terrorism) are reported to the appropriate authorities.
• No refund is issued for accounts terminated due to policy violations.
